The World Conference on Science Literacy (hereinafter referred to as WCSL) is to be held in Beijing on September 17-19, 2018.
WCSL, a first-ever high-level, global conference dedicated to promoting the scientific literacy of the public, aims to create a platform for international exchanges and mechanisms for global cooperations, conduct exchanges and mutual learning, build a consensus on cooperations, and strengthen sharing of resources. WCSL seeks to narrow the gaps in global scientific literacy jointly, guide the improvement of global scientific literacy, and fully release the positive energy of science and technology development. By doing so, we can expect enhanced human well-beings and a better future.
